hey olivia..what does the tooth fairy give a kid these days for a tooth?..in canada when i was little, i only got a nickel!..in canada now a days, i am pretty sure that a kid gets a toonie under their pillow!..a toonie is two whole dollars...and i have no escape either..i have no cute little girls like you but every so often one of the sunday school kids brings in a tooth to me and what's a person to do? i fork out five bucks!!hahahah love miss terry
